Services
VitalSignRx provides workflow automation for medical assessments and occupational health, including configurable assessments, secure portals, automated reporting, and integrated billing. Specific features and service levels are defined in your customer agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the services in any way that violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights, or compromises the security or integrity of the platform.
Intellectual property
The VitalSignRx platform, website, and related materials are the intellectual property of VitalSignRx Pty Ltd. Customer data remains the property of the customer.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VitalSignRx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the services. Specific liability terms are set out in your customer agreement.
